With the passing of Hurricane Katrina, our area has been blessed by a significant number of volunteers who have come from many states to help us recover from the devastation. They have lifted up our spirits and performed very graciously. The owners of Java Joe's Coffee House would like each of you to know how much we appreciate all of the volunteer organizations, workers and businesses efforts in aiding Biloxi to recover from this disaster. It has been overwhelming to say the least; however, we cannot say enough about all the contributions provided by local businesses and support organizations. Although it will be many years before the Biloxi area will have finished the clean-up and rebuilding effort, the comeback shows just how much the volunteers have aided the local residents and local government. By uplifting the spirits of all concerned, you will be remembered for a long time to come and we appreciate the sacrifice on our behalf. It has been our pleasure to serve many of you volunteers with food, drinks and Internet service.
